I shall sit on the sofa
of love to inject into
my blood stream your
love from dawn to dusk.

I shall tell them I'm a
love bard who has no control
over his pen, when it comes
to your love my pen scribbles
your name without command!

I shall decorate my soul
with henna of your love
and scribble all over my avid
soul and body avidly your
name" MARYAM-YASEERAT"

I shall tell them it's too
late to surrender or retreat
your love; I'm a Sickler of love,
my red blood cells are filled
with sicklemia of your love
and I'm battling sickle-cell
anemia of love.

Oftentimes, people infer 'triumphing' as a means of obtaining riches, fame,or just to become illustrious. Thus, it depends on how we perceive social reality. We all have different perceptions in understanding the world politically, socially and economically. Moreover, stepping into writing is one of my greatest accomplishment. My encounter with Umar Yogiza Jr, is another story to tell. Cogitating within myself, I wonder if, One can ever be creative without having any encounter with books? One must read other people’s work, see through their experiences and perceptions in order to develop a unique kind of creativity.
