MARYAMA(FIVE) BY: HASSAN IDRIS

Dedicated to Maryam Yaseerat Sulaiman I dived into the sea of metaphors with your love serving as my life Jacket as I dive deeper into the depeest part of the sea of allegories. I whispered your name to the Mermaids of oxymoron and the strongest Witches of  personification as they duff thier hats  and saluted with assonance. I walked to the Queen of Onomatopoeia beneath the sea and ejected her from the throne of irony she was seated on to inscribe your name with hyperbole of ectasies. I decorated your kingdom with stunning-hyperbole of  ectasies, perfumed her with oxymoron of perfumes and painted her avidly-with the synecdoche of the most beautiful colours. ©Aboo Salmarh. Dedicated to Maryam Yaseerat Sulaiman If love was God, I would have surely searched for another God in you in this journey of love shall I purify my soul with your incomparable love. If I should be a love drunkard, I would have surely  drank from your ceaseless  love and intoxicated my eyes with your stunning beauty. If I could request a death warrant from God, I would have warranted my soul in replacement of yours in the kingdom of God! If I could turn  the day to night, I  would have made the day night and ask the moon to be a shade to your radiant and becharming beauty. If your love should serve as bleaching cream, I would have happily bleached my heart and body with your love. © Aboo Salmarh. Benue, Nigeria.

MARYAMA (ONE) BY: HASSAN IDRIS

Dedicated to Maryam Yaseerat Sulaiman Those sparkling smiles surrounding your face had been created in the paradise of beauty where you were the only Sheila created out of Diamonds and Golds. Those becharming lips of yours electrocuted my soul to planet  Mercury and I had never got injured; your body is surely the jurisprudence of radiant beauty, intriguingly and jurisprudentially making me feel intriguingly perfect. Those cloud-nine walks of yours healed my locomotor ataxia and locomoted my heart to feel the ecstasies of your love healing deep beneath my heart the grievance I hid aforetime. Those bright teeth of yours when you smile are whiter than the skin and toothpaste of the Nigerian Cheif, Miss Agbani Darego, crowned Miss world in 2001. © Aboo Salmarh. Benue, Nigeria.
